All of our box guttering components are manufactured from marine grade aluminium to resist corrosion. The coloured polyester powder paint finishes that we offer are all architectural grade and are designed for external use. The combination of a high quality base material and exterior grade paint finish means our Box gutter systems will far outlast other guttering material choices.
Paint Colours
Our systems are offered in a variety ofcolour optionswith our Textured black and RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey being stocked colours for shorter lead times. Non standard colours are also available but are subject to an additional charge - Pleasecontact usfor pricing.
How To Install Our Aluminium Box Gutters
Fixing
Our aluminium Box Guttering lengths are supplied pre-drilled at 600mm centres, for direct fixing to fascia boards, using our austenitic stainless steel screws and washers (code SU10). All gutter joints must have a 3-4mm expansion gap. Gutters can be installed level or with a slight fall towards the outlets.
Jointing
Our Snap Fit jointing method makes Installation simple, tidy and quick. A bead of our high performance silicone sealant (part code SU1) is applied between the foam spacers within each gutter jointer. The jointers are then simply placed into the top of the gutters and clicked into position.
