TRADITIONAL MOULDED OGEE GUTTERS

Our Traditional Moulded Ogee aluminium gutter system is an ideal replacement for original cast iron systems. The shape and size is an identical reproduction of the traditional design in full accordance with BS8530. Suitable for heritage/traditional style properties.

As our Moulded Ogee gutter system is manufactured using a premium grade of aluminium, it means the system will never rust or crack. Aluminium guttering is also lighter than cast iron equivalents which makes the system easier to handle, cut and install.

This system is suitable for use with the following circular and square downpipe systems:

• 63mm Traditional style.

• 76mm Traditional style.

• 72x72mm Traditional style.

Durability

All of our Moulded Ogee guttering components are manufactured from marine grade aluminium to resist corrosion. The coloured polyester powder paint finishes that we offer are all architectural grade and are designed for external use. The combination of a high quality base material and exterior grade paint finish means our Moulded Ogee aluminium gutter systems will far outlast other guttering material choices.

Moulded Ogee Guttering Colours

Our systems are offered in a variety of colour options with our Textured black being a stocked colour for shorter lead times. Non standard colours are also available but are subject to an additional charge - Please contact us for pricing.

Moulded Ogee Aluminium Gutter Brackets

Ogee gutter brackets are spaced at maximum 915mm centres but can be reduced if installation is being carried out in areas susceptible to high winds or heavy snow fall.  We offer offer various types of Moulded Ogee Gutter fixing brackets including fascia board fixed, direct fix to rafter arms and rise and fall spikes that are set into brickwork.

Moulded Ogee Gutter Jointing

Traditional Moulded Ogee gutter lengths and fittings are supplied with a male jointing end that slots into the next gutter section. Silicone sealant (code SU1) is applied between each joint then the joints are anchored together using nuts and bolts (code SU5).
