| Aluminium Downpipes | Total drop height per stack (m) | Count the number of offset swannecks per stack and note the projection distance (80–250mm, 80–500mm, or 80–1000mm). Also count any bends (92.5° or 112.5°), branches, and shoes at the base of each stack. |
| Aluminium Fascia & Soffits | Roofline perimeter (m), fascia depth (mm), soffit overhang width (mm) | Count the number of external and internal corner covers (90° and 135°) and gable box end sections.
