Our aluminium fascia and soffit boards are typically fixed to 18mm WBP plyboard framing. The plywood allows the fascia and soffits boards to be fixed at 600mm centres and will also support any potential guttering to be fixed over. Standard jointers and angle covers are bonded over abutting panels.

All of our polyester powder coated aluminium fascia and soffit boards are non combustible and have a fire class rating of A2-s1,d0. This means that they are suitable for unlimited use on residential and commercial properties including high rise balconies.
