Description
The GD1 is a 130mm deepflow aluminium gutter length, 3 metres (3000mm) long, with a measured section of 128mm wide by 75mm deep. Extruded from 6063-T6 hardened aluminium, its deep semi-elliptical shape holds and channels far more water than a standard half round, and its smooth curve helps clear debris as it flows. Each length is powder coated in Interpon D1036 architectural finish over a hand-sanded pre-treatment, and lasts a functional 50 years and more. Made in-house, sold factory-direct.
Deepflow is the profile to specify when half round capacity is not enough — larger roof areas, steep pitches and high-rainfall sites all shed water faster than a shallow gutter can take. Aluminium delivers that capacity without the weight of cast iron or the fading and brittleness of uPVC, and the finish can be over-painted later if required. The gutter is fully recyclable at the end of its long service life.

Colour: stocked in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey and Textured Black (5 working-day lead time). Further RAL colours are available to order on a 10 working-day lead time.

How many brackets do I need?
Order fascia brackets (GD3) separately and fix them at 1 metre centres. As a rule of thumb, allow 3 brackets to each 3 metre length and one more at every outlet, angle and stop end, keeping a bracket within 150mm of each fitting and each joint. Reduce the centres on exposed, high-wind or heavy-snow elevations.
