Manufactured from marine grade aluminium, our Traditional Circular Aluminium Downpipe range is Ideal for period properties and traditional style buildings. Manufactured in accordance with BS8530 (Traditional style gutters and Downpipes) to perfectly emulate the appearance of cast iron but with all the advantages of aluminium. 

Available in the following sizes:

• 63mm / 2.5" Circular
• 76mm / 3" Circular

Colour Options

Our Traditional circular aluminium downpipe systems are offered in a variety of colour options with our Textured black being a stocked colour for shorter lead times. Non standard colours are also available but are subject to an additional charge - Please contact us for pricing.

Traditional Circular Downpipe - Jointing

Each rainwater downpipe length and fitting within our Traditional circular range is supplied with a cast aluminium collar for connection to the next section of downpipe. We recommend that each joint is sealed with a bead of silicone sealant (part code SU1) . 

Traditional Downpipe - Pipe Clips

We offer both wrap around clips and adjustable pipe clips for use with our circular Traditional downpipe ranges. The wrap around clips provide a 25mm from wall standoff whereas the adjustable pipe clips offer flexibility between 30-100mm standoffs. If using adjustable pipe clips please ensure non eared downpipes are utilised. 

We are also able to manufacture bespoke pipe clips if needed. 

Traditional Aluminium Downpipe - Fire Rating

All of our polyester powder coated rainwater downpipes are non combustible and have a fire class rating of A2-s1,d0. This means that they are suitable for unlimited use on residential and commercial properties including high rise balconies.
