As part of our commitment to supporting the local community, Alugutter takes pride in sponsoring grassroots football teams. For the past two seasons, we have provided home and away kits to the Eynesbury Rovers current U11 team, enabling young players to compete with confidence.
The team is managed by Matthew Bell, who serves as Operations Manager at Alugutter, and Phil Hargreaves. Under their guidance, the squad has achieved notable successes, including:
- Winners of the Hunts U9 League Cup in 2024
- Winners of the Cambs U10 League Cup in 2025
- Winners of the GLK Tournament in 2025
- Winners of the Falco Subbuteo Tournament in 2025
- Runners-up in the Shefford Saints Tournament in 2025
These accomplishments reflect the dedication and talent of the players, as well as the positive impact of community support.
In addition to kit sponsorship, Alugutter has demonstrated confidence in the strength and durability of our aluminium downpipes by manufacturing and donating a set of 10ft x 6ft training goals. Constructed from our high-quality aluminium downpipe material, these goals are available for use by all youth teams at Eynesbury Rovers, promoting skill development across age groups.
Our support extends beyond Eynesbury Rovers. Alugutter also sponsors the Buckden Falcons U12 team, providing training tops and warm winter coats to ensure players remain comfortable during sessions. We will shortly extend similar support to the Eynesbury Rovers U12 team.
