Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We will accept the return of goods subject to the following:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refund will be given on goods that are returned which are not in a perfect resalable condition.
If goods are being supplied as ‘special order’ these goods may not be returned for a refund. ‘Special order’ goods available on this website are all coloured powder coated products with the exception of stocked products supplied in Textured Black or RAL 7016 colours.
A 15% restocking charge will apply to all returned goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (less original delivery charge and 15% restocking), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After checking your bank account and if you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of agreement, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, particularly with PayPal transactions.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide photographic evidence and email email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
