By eliminating intermediary supply chains, we ensure our industry-leading products remain highly competitively priced for both homeowners and trade professionals. All prices displayed on our platform are in Pound Sterling (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

2. Trade Account Pricing Approved trade installers and commercial partners are eligible for exclusive trade pricing. To access these preferential rates, you must adhere to the following conditions:

• Authentication: You must be logged into your verified Alugutter Trade Account prior to adding items to your basket and proceeding to checkout.

• Retrospective Discounts: Trade discounts are applied automatically within the secure trade portal. We cannot, under any circumstances, apply trade discounts retrospectively to orders placed via guest checkout or standard public accounts.

• Account Status: Alugutter reserves the right to review, amend, or revoke trade discount tiers at our discretion, without prior notice.

3. Online Pricing Application The price applicable to your order is the price strictly displayed on the alugutter.co.uk website—reflecting either our standard retail pricing or your specific trade discount tier—at the exact time we receive and process your transaction. No other prices published in historical Alugutter literature, offline formats, or third-party platforms are applicable to your online purchase.

4. Pricing Accuracy and Errors While we implement rigorous administrative checks to ensure all pricing on our website is entirely accurate, occasional errors may occur.

If we identify a pricing error regarding any items you have ordered, we will adhere to the following protocol:

• Notification: We will contact you as a matter of urgency to inform you of the discrepancy.

• Customer Options: You will be provided the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order entirely.
